Hariom Steel is a supplier of CS ASTM A420 WPL6 Fittings, which have a significantly higher rate of thermal expansion than unalloyed steel. These fittings outperform in sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide experiments. Carbon Steel ASME SA420 WPL6 Reducer Fittings should be annealed at temperatures ranging from 1010 to 1121 degrees Celsius, followed by rapid cooling. However, service tests are recommended to account for the effects of specific working conditions that may impact corrosion behavior. These fittings prevent pitting when exposed to phosphorous acids, bromides, chlorides, and iodides. While they cannot be hardened by heat treatment, they can be solidified through cold working. They are non-magnetic when annealed but may exhibit some magnetism during or after welding.
